Denver, CO – Platte River Equity (“Platte River”) announced today that Nick Moscaritolo has joined the firm as Director of Portfolio Company Operations. In this newly-created position, he will partner with Platte River’s investment teams on post-acquisition transitions and portfolio company value creation projects.
Mr. Moscaritolo brings years of experience leading financial and operational initiatives at private equity owned portfolio companies. Prior to joining Platte River, Mr. Moscaritolo was a Vice President at Platinum Equity, focusing on finance and accounting transition and transformation of its portfolio companies. Previously, Mr. Moscaritolo served as CFO of Lodging Investors Holdings and held financial leadership roles in companies such as Starwood Hotels and JDA Software. He received an M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business and a B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
