Denver, CO - Platte River Equity (“Platte River”), a Denver-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce the sale of Spartaco Tool Group (“Spartaco”) to an affiliate of CenterGate Capital (“CenterGate”). Spartaco is a provider of professional-grade tools for linemen and technicians across utility, telecommunications and infrastructure applications.
