Denver, CO – Platte River Equity (“Platte River”) is pleased to announce the promotion of Nick Moscaritolo to Managing Director, Portfolio Company Operations. Nick brings years of experience leading financial and operational initiatives at private equity-owned companies. Since joining Platte River in 2019, Nick has played an integral part in driving transformational growth across the firm’s portfolio, engaging as an internal operational resource throughout Platte River’s investment lifecycle and partnering with management teams on key strategic and operational initiatives.

Prior to joining Platte River, Nick was a Vice President at Platinum Equity, focusing on finance and accounting transition and transformation of its portfolio companies. Previously, Nick served as CFO of Lodging Investors Holdings and held financial leadership roles in companies such as Starwood Hotels and JDA Software.
Nick received his M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business and B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
