Platte River Equity announced today that it acquired all of the outstanding stock of Giddens Industries, Inc. (“Giddens” or the “Company”), in partnership with senior management of the Company. Headquartered in Everett, Washington, Giddens is a manufacturer of complex machined and precision sheet metal parts and component subassemblies for the aerospace industry.
