Las Cruces, NM – Platte River Equity (“Platte River”) portfolio company Municipal Emergency Services, Inc. (“MES” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce its acquisition of Firefighter Trucks, Inc. (“Firefighter Trucks”). Based in Las Cruces, NM, Firefighter Trucks specializes in fire apparatus distribution and service, and will further diversify MES’ sales territory to encompass Alexis Fire Equipment and HME Ahrens-Fox’s complete product line in New Mexico and Colorado. The acquisition reinforces MES’ commitment to delivering fire apparatus sales and service and marks a significant milestone in the Company’s growth strategy to provide first responders with the equipment they need.
