(“MES” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce its acquisition of West Shore Fire’s loose equipment division (“WSF”), a fire equipment distributor with over 35 years of experience serving Michigan’s firefighting community. This acquisition marks a significant step in MES’s mission to expand its footprint and continue its commitment to supporting first responders and at-risk workers.
