• Based on the SPS by With Intelligence “Deal Origination Benchmark Report – LTM June 2025,” SPS evaluated Platte River’s deal origination coverage relative to a peer group of sector-focused lower middle market private equity sponsors using SPS transaction data covering approximately 415 relevant deals within Platte River’s target market (enterprise value of approximately $10–$249 million) that closed between June 30, 2024 and June 30, 2025. Based on SPS’s methodology and available data, Platte River ranked in the top quartile of its peer group for deal origination coverage during the measurement period. Rankings are based on third-party criteria and data and may not be representative of all firms or indicative of future performance or investment results.  Platte River is a paying client of SPS and pays subscription fees for access to SPS research, benchmarking reports and related services; SPS receives compensation from Platte River in connection with these services.  Platte River did not pay a separate fee to be considered for or to receive this ranking.
• BluWave’s “Top 50 Private Equity Innovator” award is a program designed by BluWave, a private equity consulting and market network firm, to recognize what it considers to be the top 2% of private equity firms for proactive due diligence practices, transformative value creation, corporate citizenship and modern private equity firm operations.  The 2026 award was based on BluWave’s review of more than 6,000 private equity firms in the U.S. and Canada, from which 105 private equity firms were selected as award recipients for the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.   Platte River did not pay a separate fee to be considered for or to receive this award.  Platte River is not affiliated with BluWave and was notified of the 2026 award on November 20, 2025.  More information about the Top 50 Private Equity Innovator award is available at:
